JEFF HEFFNER

The music has always an important part in my life!

In the beginning it merely meant collecting pieces of music (mainly remix versions) and listening to it...constantly.

As a result , I eventually started making music at class partys and new Years's Eve partys.

Years later the dj pult's world aroused my interest. My dj mentor Béla Kolozs who was my great friend, too introduced me to the principles of djing in the electronic music. 

But as a DJ I didn't really feel that I could get creative enough, so I started making my own music track. I tryed at computer music at first on my own. I remember my first remake what I made it was an Hungarian top dj's music...Dan Von Schultz -Ozone. OMG...My remix was horrible....if I listening this today. But it was my first electronic track ever.

After I got many helps from Szabolcs Nagy, Adam Krammer, Sylvester Veres and Balázs Győri. It was of huge help with the technical support of them!

Later I made music together with Otto Kadar for a while. But it just was short time.

In 2002 the biggest dominant point in my life when I bought my first keyboard an Virus C XL Rack. And I met the Trance music!!

In 2003 I founded a band called PERFECT VIBES with my friend István Szántai. We made 2 succesful remix to Draft who was a well-know Hungarian band.

In all we made 2 demo cd (2004-2005) but unfortunately we don’t got chance from the labels, such a band was disbanded.

Since 2005 I started building my solo carrer. My first project was the aka J.HOMEBOY...

I had one another Hungarian music project it's called SUNLIGHT.

I made some trance remix to few Hungarian artist. Namely: Brigitta Erdőhegyi, Nico, Plazmabeat, Dj Zola and VJ Zola, Izabella Zilai...

With my J.Homeboy project I had 2 releas and few remix in a USA label called Thersis Records. 

In 2010 I founded a successful project with my friend Norbert Van Dale it's called JEFF AND DALE. We have two released vocal trance track with Sylvie. And we made many remixes lot of trance producer in the trance scena.

But this project was disbanded, too.

In 2013 I founded my current project aka JEFF HEFFER. During continually I learning music mastering things. Building my studio...and more... 

In 2015 I found my new music style.This is the movie score. I enjoy very much.

Firstly I made some trailer and short film’s score and commercial video...for practise...in this time.
